Introduction
Constructability Review (CR) is a project management technique to review the construction process from start-to-finish during the pre-construction phase.
- A questionnaire was developed to learn more about the effectiveness of NCDOT’s current Constructability Review process.
- 35 interviews were held with 19 NCDOT personnel and 16 contractors.
- The responses to interview questions were compiled and tabulated.
